Charlotte Cramer

Charlotte Cramer is an award-winning author and the founder of Plastic–Studio, a healthtech strategy consultancy. Her #1 best selling book, “The Purpose Myth”, harnesses her background in neuroscience and strategy with her personal search for purpose – which led to the realization that a job isn’t necessarily the only place to find it.

In 2015, she co-founded CRACK + CIDER, the world’s first shop for the homeless, which was also praised by The Guardian, BBC News, and Fast Company. Charlotte has since spoken about purpose and creativity at SXSW, Cannes Lions, UCLA, and Soho House. She has also run 1,000+ social impact workshops from Cannes to Cairo and consulted on strategy for VICE, Google.org, Facebook, and Unilever. Originally from London, she currently lives in Los Angeles.
